for a very\u00a0very long time. \u00a0The first record of &#8220;Amazake&#8221; was found in &#8220;Nihon Shoki (\u65e5\u672c\u66f8\u8a18)&#8221; , the second oldest history book written about \uff11\uff0c\uff13\uff10\uff10\u00a0years ago. \u00a0 Since then &#8220;Amazake&#8221; is a part of Japanese life, it is sold at every grocery stores in town, or sometimes people make their own\u00a0amazake from rice mixing with Aspergillus oryzae (\u9eb9\uff09.<\/p>\n<p>With the celebration of\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/welcome.city.matsumoto.nagano.jp\/modules\/xpressme\/?p=104\" target=\"_blank\">Hinamatsuri<\/a> (Girls&#8217; Festival),\u00a0there will be a free &#8220;Amazake&#8221; service for visitors at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.matsu-haku.com\/maruhaku\/guide\/shiritsu\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Matsumoto City Museum<\/strong><\/a> (right next to Matsumoto Castle), <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.matsu-haku.com\/maruhaku\/guide\/hakari\/\" target=\"_blank\">Matsumoto City Museum of Measurement Instrument<\/a><\/strong> on Nakamachi Street, and <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/welcome.city.matsumoto.nagano.jp\/modules\/xpressme\/?p=945\" target=\"_blank\">Baba residence<\/a><\/strong> in Uchida District on April 3rd Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i2.wp.com\/visitmatsumoto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/a0027_000257_m.jpg?ssl=1\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" title=\"a0027_000257_m\" src=\"https:\/\/i2.wp.com\/visitmatsumoto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/a0027_000257_m-300x200.jpg?resize=300%2C200&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>While enjoying this traditional warm drink, guests can browse some <a href=\"http:\/\/welcome.city.matsumoto.nagano.jp\/m100+index.id+38.htm\" target=\"_blank\">traditional &#8220;oshie &#8211;
