Dear Matsumoto fans,

How many of you will be in town in the next few days?
\nGreat timing! Sakura are beginning to bloom!<\/p>\n

In the next few days I will have a lot of great pictures of the flowers to share with you all but in the meantime I want to share some information on Matsumoto Castle themed food.
\nI noticed that this has become a trend, there is a Matsumoto Castle themed ice cream, a Matsumoto Castle themed ramen, and today I will talk about Matsumoto Castle Black Burger.<\/p>\n

In fact, what all these dishes have in common is the color (black like the castle).<\/p>\n

This burger is from Burger Place B-Pono, in Nakamachi.<\/p>\n

It is a new burger place in town.<\/p>\n

I went to try the Matsumot Castle Black Burger<\/p>\n

It consists of black bread, salad, avocado, mozzarella, egg, bacon and a beef patty.
\nImpressive, right?<\/p>\n

(By the way, did you know that burgers in Japan come with a paper wrap to prevent all the oil to fall while you are eating?)<\/p>\n

It was also delicious (and more voluminous than expected).
\nPerhaps you might want to order one for take out and take it to Matsumoto Castle for your Sakura pic nic!<\/p>\n
