will be held at<a title=\"Fukashi Shrine map\" href=\"http:\/\/www.fukashi-tenjin.or.jp\/access\/\"><strong> Fukashi Shrine<\/strong><\/a> in downtown on <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">February 3rd from 17:00<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i2.wp.com\/visitmatsumoto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/setsubun_image_03.jpg?ssl=1\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" title=\"setsubun_image_03\" src=\"https:\/\/i2.wp.com\/visitmatsumoto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/setsubun_image_03.jpg?resize=160%2C120&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"160\" height=\"120\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/i1.wp.com\/visitmatsumoto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/setsubun_image_04.jpg?ssl=1\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" title=\"setsubun_image_04\" src=\"https:\/\/i1.wp.com\/visitmatsumoto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/setsubun_image_04.jpg?resize=180%2C120&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"180\" height=\"120\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">&#8220;Mamemaki&#8221; means throwing roasted soybeans (fortune beans) both in and out side of the house in order to exorcise evil spirits. \u00a0At local shrines and temple, priests and invited guests throw roasted soybeans and some small gifts (sweets and interesting prizes (sometimes high quality TVs and such)) from the stage. <\/span><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"> <\/span>Fukashi Shrine&#8217;s &#8220;Mamemaki &#8221;
